Jakub Kryształ is actor, improviser, business trainer. 

Graduated National Film School in Łódź, also is a member of International Trainer and Facilitator Federation. Works in theatre and TV for 15 years. 

For 5 years was founder and head of TADAM Improv Theatr in Łódź, Poland. His workshops includes acting skills, improvisation, applied improvisation, public speaking, self-awareness, mindfullness and creativity.
